Ram Rajya - The Ideal Kingdom

Ram Rajya, the Ideal kingdom of Lord Ram is described in great detail in Vedic scriptures.
The most important principle of Ram Rajya, which needs to be understood & practiced everywhere, is that Lord Ramchandra ruled His kingdom exactly as a father takes care of his children.
Everyone was fully satisfied and happy in all respect during Ram Rajya. All types of miseries - those of body & mind or those caused by natural disasters - were totally absent. People in turn, out of love and reverence for Lord Ram, reciprocated by behaving as ideal obedient citizens.

This, in essence, is the definition of Ram Rajya, the Ideal Kingdom. It has been so desirable that throughout history, all great leaders have been desiring, seeking and giving their various plans to reestablish Ram Rajya in India.
