Goals and Plan of Action

The project is planned in two phases: 

Phase 1A:

• Setup a Vrindavan office with basic staff
• Create RRF website, Brochure, flyers, Presentations, database etc. 

Phase 1B:

• Setup a Delhi office with basic staff. 
• Generate top 200-500 Highest level VVIP Database/contacts in Parliament, Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Central Secretariat, Rastrapati Bhawan, Supreme Court, Delhi Government, Embassies of Major counties & the National Media. 
• Coordinate efforts with Hare Krishna Delhi temple & authorities.Network with the local Delhi devotees. 

Phase 1C:

• Get necessary VVIP preaching supplies.  
• Get Special BBT books (Darshan & Krishna Art) & the current Back to Godhead magazines.
• Cultivate the top VVIP contacts. Give them BBT’s Darshan, Krishna Art Book & other publications along with the latest BTGs etc. 

Phase 2A:

• Expand the VVIP Datsbase to Setup a small but functional VVIP Preaching Center in the VVIP Power Center, the Parliament/Secretariat Area. 

Phase 2B:

• Setup a Mobile VVIP Preaching Unit in Van or small motorhome.
